This page shows pricing for the various treatment plans we currently offer that include home delivered medications. Please note that Lavender Sky Health is not a pharmacy, we are the healthcare provider service. If you choose a treatment plan that includes medications from a specialty/compounding pharmacy, please note that medication availability is subject to pharmacy availability.
We send your prescription orders to the pharmacy using our discounted clinic pricing to pass savings on to you. Custom dosing is available with all of the below options.
Please note that BUD's and vial sizes are ultimately subject to pharmacy discretion. The BUD will be after the duration of your prescription at minimum.

GLP-1 Injection Treatment Plans
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT GLP-1 INJECTION PLANS:
All custom GLP-1 treatment plans are designed for completely flexible dosing and titration so that you may do what is best for your body, on your time.
The packages below are listed by the total mg of medication included at each tier or treatment plan. These packages are designed to last 9-12 weeks or more depending on your individual dosing plan.
Your healthcare provider will work with you to choose the right plan for you.
All GLP-1 treatment plan orders include the medication, shipping costs, supplies, and support from your healthcare provider throughout the duration of your treatment.
BUD's (beyond use dates) are from the date of production, not the date of receipt, which may vary amongst pharmacies. The BUD should always encompass from the date of delivery for the duration of prescribed treatment (8-10 weeks). Keep BUD's in mind when placing refill requests if you still have medication on hand.
