Rx Summary:

Semaglutide Tier 3

⭐ Supplied in two 4mL vials containing 10mg each of medication at a concentration of 2.5mg/mL 

For a weekly dose of 2mg, inject 80 units

2.25mg, inject 90 units

2.5mg, inject 100 units (maximum dose)

You should only increase the dose every 3-4 weeks if you are not achieving adequate appetite suppression or weight loss. If you experience any uncomfortable side effects on a lower dose, you do not have to increase the dose and can remain at the lower dose until your follow-up.
